Summer Maintenance Groundskeeper

Job Overview In this position, you will be an important member of the Maintenance operations team. You will operate within Marvin's team-based environment and be responsible for the seasonal maintenance of our grounds at Marvin properties as well as preventative maintenance on equipment used to successfully reach our goals. The position is responsible for performing basic indoor and outdoor maintenance. Highlights of your role Working safely by following all safety requirements Mowing grounds (18 & older) Watering flowers Weed control Maintaining trees and shrubs Painting Shoveling Raking Other duties as assigned You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Ability to work well independently with a focus to get things done Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Strong focus for customer service Self-starter who requires minimal supervision Basic knowledge, or willingness to learn general maintenance and care of yard equipment Also want to make sure you have
