Position Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Landscape Installer/Builder who is skilled, dependable, and excited to take on meaningful outdoor construction work. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on landscape construction experience and a passion for craftsmanship. Responsibilities Install patios, retaining walls, plantings, drainage systems, and other landscape features Operate machinery and tools safely Assist with demolition, site prep, and material handling Work collaboratively with the build team to complete projects on schedule Maintain high-quality standards on every job Qualifications 3-5 years of landscape installation or construction experience required Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take direction Must be a good human — reliability, respect, and honesty are non-negotiable

Flexibility:

Seasonal operation (March-December) Compensation Pay is based on market premiums, experience, and performance .

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
