Responsibilities Operate commercial lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers Perform lawn maintenance to keep properties clean, healthy, and attractive Assist with landscaping projects including planting, mulching, pruning, and bed maintenance Install and maintain landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Assist with irrigation installation and repairs Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment and vehicles Assist with snow removal during winter months as needed Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service Qualifications Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude and experience with outdoor equipment is a plus Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or other equipment is a plus We hire for attitude and work ethic first.
