Landscape Maintenance Laborer

Elevate Outdoor is a leading landscape construction and maintenance company providing high-end service to residential and commercial customers in Metro-Kansas City as well as commercial sites throughout the US. We are locally owned and operated with a strong culture and work ethic. Current growth has placed us in need of individuals with a desire to provide excellent service to our customers and to work alongside an exceptional team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
• Assist in planting and maintaining gardens and flower beds
• Conduct groundskeeping duties including debris removal and litter control
• Use hand tools and equipment to trim, prune, and shape trees and shrubs
• Participate in snow plowing and ice removal during winter months

Skills:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant identification
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized work area
