Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently. Support tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety. Perform routine landscape construction tasks such as installing pathways, retaining walls, or other hardscape elements. Conduct general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members on project execution and follow safety protocols at all times. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Basic mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators is advantageous. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, tree care, and snow plowing enhances your fit for the role. Knowledge of hardscape installation, or construction projects is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team.
