Full-Time | Overtime as Needed Capital Materials is currently seeking Groundman / Cement Handling Operator to support concrete plant operations for the 2026 construction season. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Groundman / Cement Handling Operator . This role is critical to daily plant operations and requires strong mechanical ability and attention to detail.
