In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining curb appeal across the property, ensuring common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in creating a well-kept environment. Key Responsibilities Walk and inspect the property regularly, removing litter, debris, and pet waste. Maintain cleanliness of key areas including office/models, pool, clubhouse, mailrooms, parking lots, walkways, and recreation areas. Perform landscaping tasks such as raking, shoveling, leaf blowing, and trimming to keep grounds neat. Check and replace exterior lighting; report and correct unsafe conditions promptly. Assist with minor maintenance tasks, apartment trash-outs, make-readies, and painting as directed. Maintain lawn equipment and storage areas in safe working condition. Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with additional projects as needed. Qualifications Basic understanding of maintenance systems (landscaping, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC basics). Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve. Strong communication and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently (and up to 100 lbs. occasionally) and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
