Hiring an Entry-Level Landscaper - Weekly Pay- Lots of OT Job Description The Entry-Level Landscaper supports the upkeep, appearance, and health of outdoor spaces across several apartment properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and learning the fundamentals of professional landscaping. Responsibilities Maintain grounds by mowing, edging, trimming, and cleaning common outdoor areas to ensure a neat and welcoming environment. Care for plants by watering, pruning, fertilizing, and monitoring plants, shrubs, and trees for health and appearance. Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow/ice clearing, mulching, and seasonal planting. Support irrigation by checking systems, reporting issues, and helping with basic adjustments. Ensure property cleanliness by removing debris, trash, and hazards to keep walkways and outdoor spaces safe. Operate and maintain basic landscaping tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. Collaborate with maintenance teams and supervisors to complete daily and weekly tasks. Essential Skills No experience required as training is provided; willingness to learn is essential. Physical stamina with the ability to lift 40-50 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable work ethic with consistent attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail. Basic safety awareness, understanding safe tool use and outdoor work practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications A valid driver's license is preferred, especially for traveling between locations. Why Work Here?
