Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept and functional. This role requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general upkeep of the property. A passion for gardening and an eye for detail will be essential in creating an inviting environment. Duties Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Care for garden areas by planting, watering, and weeding as necessary. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks. Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs or hazards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tools and equipment used in groundskeeping activities. Assist with seasonal landscaping projects as directed, including planting flowers or shrubs. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools relevant to maintenance tasks is advantageous. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions is essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics in outdoor spaces.
