Full Job Description Mowing & Landscape Enhancement Technician Starting Pay:

$18.00/Hour + $30/Day Training Bonus (First 7 Days) Full-Time | 40-55 Hours Per Week Looking for a Career, Not Just a Job? This position offers the best of both worlds. You'll spend approximately 50% of your time on our lawn maintenance crews and 50% working on landscape enhancement projects, giving you a variety of work throughout the week while learning valuable skills in multiple areas of the landscaping industry. Experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are what matter most. What You'll Be DoingLawn Maintenance (Approximately 50%) Operate commercial zero-turn and stand-on mowers String trim around trees, fences, buildings, and landscape beds Edge sidewalks and driveways Blow off sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other hard surfaces Perform weekly maintenance on residential and commercial properties Assist with fertilizer and weed control applications when needed Landscape Enhancements (Approximately 50%) Install mulch and decorative rock Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ornamental grasses Perform seasonal bed cleanups and landscape maintenance Trim and prune shrubs Install sod and complete lawn renovations Assist with grading and drainage projects Build retaining walls, patios, walkways, and landscape edging Dig trenches and perform general site preparation Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Shows up on time and is dependable every day Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions Is willing to learn and take direction Works well with others as part of a team Can lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Takes pride in producing quality work Has landscaping or mowing experience (preferred, but not required) Has a valid driver's license (preferred, but not required) Schedule Monday - Thursday 40-55 hours per week Fridays are reserved for rain make-up days or when projects fall behind schedule Overtime opportunities available during the busy season

Pay & Benefits Starting Pay:
