Job Description

MAINTENANCE DUTIES
Maintain a positive and professional rapport with residents and co-workers. Work with maintenance staff in the completion of work including (but not limited to): o Maintain Appearance of Properties o Preventative maintenance o Painting o Snow Removal o Grounds upkeep o Roof and Gutter work required- Ladder work is a must (2 1/2 stories) Should have basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other building maintenance skills. You must be a self-starter. This is Limited supervision so you must know your job. Emergency on-call, required We don't provide Medical Insurance Maintenance Maintenance Technician Building Maintenance Maintenance Person Hide Summary In the role of Building Maintenance, you will be essential in ensuring the functionality and safety of our properties. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge, and general maintenance to address various repair needs. Your expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry will be vital in executing tasks efficiently. Additionally, your premium skills , along with relevant experience in customer service and leadership, will enhance our team's effectiveness in maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
