Job Overview Help the Golf Course Superintendent and the Grounds Crew Team maintain the Golf Course and its Grounds! As a Grounds Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that the turf and landscape areas are maintained to high standards. Duties Perform maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning using hand tools and power tools to keep the Golf Course looking pristine. Assist with irrigation system setup, repair, and adjustments to ensure proper watering of all landscape areas. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning tools after use, and reporting any repairs needed. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries on-site. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes for various gardening tasks. Experience with power tools including trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers for efficient landscape upkeep. Understanding of landscape maintenance techniques like edging, mulching, and fertilizing. Tolerance for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects and perform manual labor safely. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions accurately.

Pay:
