We are seeking a reliable and energetic build Crew Member to assist with the installation of residential and commercial hardscapes and landscapes. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, performing physical labor, using horticulturally correct standards, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and with high-quality standards.Responsibilities:
Assist in installing and maintaining hardscapes, including retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and other exterior features. Operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery such as compactors, forktrucks, and skid steers. Follow project plans and directions from the crew leader and foreman. Ensure work areas are clean and organized at the end of each day. Safely load and unload materials and equipment. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Provide excellent service to clients and represent Landscape St. Louis professionally.Requirements:
Previous construction experience. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn and take direction. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Valid driver's license.Benefits & Perks:
