Experience and Requirements 1. Candidates must be able to work safely and follow all company policies, as well as wear and maintain all PPE 2. Always be visibly inspecting the plant grounds to ensure that everything is running as it should 3. Must be willing to be trained to operate a skid steer, or already have an ability to operate a skid steer 4. Identify and report any visual or audible issues going on with the plant to the plant supervisor 5. Be willing to shovel, rake, and do other physical labor whenever necessary 6. Must have the initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other job positions for job completion as requested 7. Candidate must be able to place all tools back in the exact place they got them from Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily maintenance as specified by plant supervisor Perform end of shift duties as specified by plant supervisor Routinely walk the plant grounds throughout the day to clean up piles underneath belts, clean off screens, and other duties as required During plant operation, watch feed system, drum, and baghouse system to ensure successful operation Maintain a clean and orderly work area Unloading loads of oil from tankers to plant oil storage tanks Be able to stand at least 6-8 hours per day Be able to walk at least 6-8 hours per day Be able to lift at least 50 lbs Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required Qualifications A valid drivers license (preferred) Must pass a preemployment drug screen and background check (required) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Benefits Group Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Teladoc telehealth access 401(k)
