Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing and aeration.
- Plant, transplant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, and other machinery.
- Assist with hardscape installation, including patios, pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems.
- Apply mulch, soil, fertilizers, and other landscape materials as needed.
- Read and follow site plans, work orders, and instructions from supervisors.
- Ensure all work is completed safe and in compliance with company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on job sites.
- Lift 50 plus pounds, bend, lift, kneel, and work with tools or machinery.
- Work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a crew.
