Job Description

Property Management company seeking a Property Maintenance/Lawn Care/Clean Up team member. Candidate must have a good work ethic and positive attitude! We are looking for the right fit for our team. If you are dependable, a team player and seeking a job that will offer you a variety of duties, this is your opportunity. This is a year round position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for meticulous upkeep and minor maintenance of multiple grounds, amenities, building exteriors and office, parking lots and other exterior buildings. Remove trash as needed Assist in the preparation to make vacant apartments and manufactured homes ready to rent by removing trash, cleaning interior and exterior, etc. Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager in completing the assigned maintenance tasks given. Assist with snow removal and lawn maintenance Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in apartments, manufactured homes, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor. Meticulously maintain curb appeal. Deliver excellent communication and behavior while representing our company Uphold all company policies, goals, and values. Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner. Immediately report all unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Assist with other various tasks required. List of job requirements.
Job Qualifications:
Must have 1-2 years previous general laborer experience Must possess a strong attention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Driver's license to operate vehicles is required. Experience with driving a pickup while pulling a trailer Experience with operating lawn equipment Demonstrate strong communication skills for communicating with residents, co-workers, and senior management. Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community. Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook. Ability to work evenings, weekends, on-call rotation,and/or holidays if needed.
Requirements:
  • Employees must have an operating cell phone
  • Reliable transportation to the Washington office
  • Ability to transport heavy machinery in a safe manner
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well with a team
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
