Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to keep lawns and gardens looking pristine Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and plant health Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, mulching, fertilizing, and weed control Assist with hardscape projects like installing pathways, patios, or retaining walls Provide tree care services such as trimming, pruning, or removal when necessary Support seasonal tasks like snow plowing or seasonal planting to meet client needs Requirements Mechanical knowledge and experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care, gardening, and hardscape installation is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor Strong attention to safety procedures when handling power tools and heavy equipment Prior experience in landscaping or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward customer service and job responsibilities
