This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and machinery, and contribute to the aesthetic appeal of residential properties. Duties Maintain landscape features such as hardscapes, koi ponds, and waterfalls Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery like excavators for planting, digging, trimming, and construction projects Install irrigation systems and perform regular maintenance to ensure efficient water distribution Install new waterfalls and ponds, install aquatic plants, install French drains, install and repair irrigation Assist with landscape design projects by preparing sites and executing installation Requirements 2-3 years proven experience in landscaping, irrigation, drainage, or related outdoor maintenance roles Mechanical knowledge of tools such as hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery including excavators Strong understanding of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques Ability to operate irrigation systems safely and effectively Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members or clients on project requirements Please provide 2-3 professional references that can vouch for your work, attendance, and character Please have a personal vehicle to commute to Flora, MS to our shop yard Monday-Friday Join us in creating stunning landscapes that bring joy to communities!
