Full-Time Join Our Team as a Groundsman / Tree Worker We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Groundsman / Tree Worker to join our growing team. Prior experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate with relevant skills!

Responsibilities:

Assist climbers and crew leaders with tree removal and pruning operations Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely Haul brush and debris Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to the shop in the morning Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work well with a team CDL is preferred but not required. Applicants with active CDL will warrant higher starting pay.
