Job Description
Landscapes and maintains the grounds of the hospital campus. Creates. cultivates, and maintains lawns, shrubs, and flower beds. Grounds are maintained in such a fashion that they are aesthetically pleasing. Trees are pruned and shrubs trimmed to promote their health. Gardens and flower beds are cultivated, planted, and weeded. Lawns are mowed on a routine basis to maintain a good appearance. Work performed is documented. Grounds are landscaped to be aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain. Grounds are maintained in a safe and clean condition. Reduces costs through effective use of tools, parts, information, and skills. Maintains hand and power tools used in gardening. Hand tools and power tools are maintained in good working order. Maintains all exterior paved areas. Concrete and asphalt surfaces are maintained. Paved areas are clean and free of trash.
