Job Description

Groundskeeper Raco Properties - Meridian, MS Full-time About Us Raco Properties is a growing property management company dedicated to delivering well-maintained communities and outstanding living experiences for our residents. With a portfolio that continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper to join our team in Meridian, MS. This position plays a key role in keeping our communities clean, safe, and inviting. Responsibilities Maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the property grounds, including lawns, landscaping, parking areas, and common spaces. Perform daily trash pickup, including around dumpsters, breezeways, and common areas. Assist with light landscaping such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, planting, and watering. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the property manager or maintenance supervisor. Support the maintenance team with seasonal tasks such as snow/ice removal, leaf cleanup, and pressure washing (as applicable). Ensure all equipment and tools are used safely and stored properly. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred but not required. Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Physically able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, walking, etc.). Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic and pride in creating a clean, well-maintained property.
