Job Summary The Landscaping Technician is responsible for maintaining the condition of all gardens, green areas, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet the aesthetic standards of the One&Only Moonlight Basin brand. This role supports the execution of all landscaping programs, contributing to creating a visually appealing environment for guests and colleagues alike. Key Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily maintenance of gardens, green areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure optimal appearance Carry out planting, fertilization, cultivation, and reforestation activities
Execute different types of pruning for trees, shrubs, and plants, according to hornicultural and seasonal needs Remove weeds to maintain soil health across landscaped areas
Clean outdoor spaces, including pathways, ensuring high presentation standards
Support landscaping efforts during adverse weather events, such as snow, hail, and rain storms
Use landscaping Follow safety procedures in all tasks performed
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Landscaping or other members of management Skills, Experience, & Educational Requirements Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related field
Understanding of horticulture or agriculture practices
Possess a driver's license
Ability to consistently work outdoors in different weather conditions
Ability to follow instructions given by leadership
Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job in a safe manner, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 75 pounds Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc. Benefits
