• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rigging trees, using porta wrap, and lowering limbs. Previous experience is Required. Responsibilities Using headset to communicate with crew in trees and on the ground. Conduct some tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety and removing when needed. Be able to pull and back up a trailer Operate skid steer, wood chipper, and other similar equipment efficiently and safely. Assist in dragging limbs and other ground tasks as needed. Ensure all grounds maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and best practices. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in rigging is required. Knowledge of tree care practices, including safe trimming techniques is preferred. Clean driving record and valid drivers license is required. Experience operating bucket trucks or similar equipment is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
