In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful landscapes that inspire and delight. Whether you're working on lawn care, planting, or hardscape installation, your skills will help transform outdoor environments into stunning, functional spaces. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to keep lawns healthy and lush Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements like patios and walkways Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, pruning, trimming, and general maintenance Operate equipment such as excavators and snow plows during seasonal changes to ensure year-round landscape upkeep Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal with proper techniques Install irrigation systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Assist with construction projects involving landscape installation or renovation, adhering to safety standards Requirements Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or related outdoor maintenance roles Mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscape work including hand tools, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques Ability to operate machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently Familiarity with tree care practices including trimming and pruning Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us in creating inspiring outdoor environments! Pay:

$19.00 - $26.00 per hour
