Landscape Crew Member (Experienced & Entry-Level)

Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways Perform lawn care tasks like mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating to maintain healthy turf and vibrant landscapes Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning trees and shrubs, fertilizing, mulching, and irrigation system installation or repairs Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various tasks including digging, trenching, and material handling Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance during projects Follow safety protocols at all times while working with machinery like excavators or other construction equipment Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping machinery and hand tools effectively Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care procedures Ability to operate power tools safely such as trimmers, blowers, drills, and saws Knowledge of irrigation systems setup and maintenance for efficient water management Basic understanding of construction processes related to landscape projects Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions precisely while working both independently and as part of a team Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively Embark on a rewarding journey in landscaping where your skills will grow daily!
