Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy, vibrant outdoor spaces. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping activities such as edging, digging, and installing hardscape features. Support tree care operations by performing tree trimming, planting, and general horticultural tasks under supervision. Help with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes. Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, raking leaves, and ensuring all equipment is properly stored. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators are highly desirable. Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery is essential. Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and snow plowing will be advantageous. Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures; willingness to learn new skills related to construction and landscape maintenance. Valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments; team-oriented attitude with good communication skills is important.
