Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Gardener to oversee the maintenance and beautification of outdoor landscapes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about horticulture, landscaping, and garden management who thrives on leading a team to maintain stunning, healthy environments. As the Lead Gardener, you will be responsible for guiding daily operations, ensuring high standards of landscape care, and implementing innovative gardening solutions that enhance the aesthetic appeal and sustainability of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, including planting, pruning, watering and mulching to ensure timely and quality execution. Oversee landscape maintenance activities such as , pruning, fertilizing, pest diagnosis and control. all organic Lead a team of gardening staff by providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Conduct regular inspections of gardens and landscapes to identify issues related to plant health, soil quality, or structural elements like pathways and fences. Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, plant inventories, equipment usage, and project progress to ensure operational excellence. Skills knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and horticultural practices. Professional gardening experience. Expertise in care practices including pruning, planting, disease diagnosis, and safety assessments. Strong communication skills and customer service. Strong gardening and horticulture background with an eye for aesthetic detail and environmental sustainability.
