Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn care and landscape maintenance services to our clients. As a vital part of our crew, you will work outdoors, contributing to the beautification of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass and landscapes. Execute tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning to enhance the aesthetics and health of trees. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in landscape maintenance duties including planting, digging, and mulching as needed. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing basic maintenance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Proficiency with power tools (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers) and hand tools (e.g., shovels, pruners). Knowledge of tree care techniques including tree trimming and maintenance practices. Ability to dig, plant, and maintain landscapes effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
