Landscaping & Hardscaping Crew MemberBrothers Landscaping & Design Brothers Landscaping & Design is growing and we are looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our landscape and hardscape installation crews. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to grow with a professional company, we would love to hear from you. Position Overview As a Landscape & Hardscape Crew Member, you will assist with the installation of outdoor living projects including patios, retaining walls, sod, drainage systems, landscape plantings, artificial turf, outdoor kitchens, and other landscape improvements. Responsibilities Install pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor living features Assist with landscape installations, planting, mulching, and sod work Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Load, unload, and transport materials Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow company safety procedures Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally Represent the company in a positive and respectful manner Qualifications Previous landscaping or hardscaping experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in various weather conditions Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or compact equipment is a plus Valid driver's license is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Professional work environment Year-round work for qualified team members Opportunity to advance into Crew Leader positions Schedule Monday•Friday Typical hours: 7:00 AM•4:30 PM Occasional overtime as needed
