In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping our property's grounds in top shape—ensuring a safe, attractive environment for residents and visitors alike. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community's grounds, common areas, and amenities Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, and watering Remove trash and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor areas Assist with seasonal maintenance such as snow/ice removal or leaf cleanup Report any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage to the Service Team Power wash building exteriors, walkways, and other surfaces as needed Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, signage, and recreational areas Support the maintenance team with light tasks as requested Ensure all equipment and tools are used safely and maintained in good working conditionWhy You'll Love Working Here:
