Job Description
Noble Dog Lodge is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and dog-loving individual to join our team as a Canine Specialist & Grounds Maintenance Technician . This unique position combines hands-on canine care with property and grounds maintenance to help ensure our guests receive exceptional care in a safe, clean, and beautiful environment. ResponsibilitiesCanine Specialist Duties Supervise and interact with dogs in daycare and boarding environments Monitor dog behavior and maintain safe group play Provide enrichment activities and positive interactions throughout the day Clean and sanitize suites, play yards, and common areas Assist with feeding and daily care routines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for all canine guests Communicate guest observations and concerns to management Grounds & Facility Maintenance Mow, weed-eat, edge, and maintain outdoor areas Keep the property clean, safe, and guest-ready Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs Assist with landscaping, pressure washing, painting, and property improvement projects Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the Lodge Qualifications Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Experience with lawn care equipment and basic maintenance tools preferred Experience working with dogs preferred Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Passion for providing exceptional care to dogs What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and genuinely loves dogs.
