Golf Course Landscape Technician

Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to keep the golf course visually appealing and healthy. Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, repair, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal watering schedules. Maintain turf health through proper lawn care practices like fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding. Use hand tools for detailed gardening tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, or trees to enhance course aesthetics. Conduct routine inspections of the course grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair. Support overall landscaping efforts by collaborating with team members on project execution and site cleanup. Requirements Prior experience with landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals. Knowledge of irrigation systems, power tools, hand tools, and general lawn care techniques. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and responsibly. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to course upkeep. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Basic understanding of horticulture principles is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and turf management. Pay:

$17.00 - $18.50 per hour
