Landscape Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves physical labor and requires a willingness to learn and apply various landscaping techniques. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Engage in hardscape installation, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds and gardens. Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces. Operate basic landscaping equipment as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating landscaping equipment. Experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is a plus. Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is beneficial. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Proficiency with hand tools used in landscaping tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care, tree trimming, and general landscaping practices.
