is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of outdoor grounds and landscaped areas. The ideal candidate will perform lawn care, landscaping, irrigation maintenance, and general outdoor upkeep duties. Responsibilities Mow lawns, trim hedges, edge walkways, and maintain landscaping Plant, water, fertilize, and care for flowers, trees, and shrubs Remove weeds, leaves, trash, and debris from grounds Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tractors Inspect grounds for safety hazards and report needed repairs Assist with snow removal and ice control when needed Clean parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor common areas Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment properly Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus Ability to operate lawn and landscaping equipment safely Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform manual labor Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and plant care Strong attention to detail and reliability Valid driver's license may be required Skills Time management Equipment operation Attention to detail Teamwork Problem-solving Physical endurance Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions May require early mornings, or seasonal overtime Exposure to noise, dust, and machinery We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, age, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
