Groundskeeper

We are a growing, national property management group seeking a Groundskeeper for a multi-family apartment community totaling 230 units in High Point, NC. The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail, be a great team player, and reliable. Some maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining the cleanliness of the properties by removing trash and debris and maintaining the curb appeal. Maintaining cleanliness of breezeways and laundry rooms by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning. Removing trash and/or bulky items from units after move-outs as needed. Assist the maintenance supervisor with light service tickets and turn over apartments as assigned. Assist with routine preventative maintenance. Complete turnover work as needed. Ensure all work is done according to safety procedures, regulations, and building standards. Must comply with all Fair Housing guidelines. The ideal candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, twist and lift up to 25lbs. This position may require outdoor exposure for long periods of time.
