Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and enhancing outdoor spaces through landscaping. Monday through Friday with occasionalSaturdays Duties:
_ Mandatory- must have a valid driver's license and be able to get base access
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Plant and maintain gardens, trees, and shrubs
- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Assist with hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Irrigate landscapes to ensure proper hydration for plants
- Dig and prepare soil for planting
- Contribute to tree care activities such as pruning and trimming
Qualifications:
- Must be able to get base access
- Driver's license and clean MVR required
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance/ crew leader experiemce or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
