As a Landscaping Crew Member, you will be an essential part of transforming residential and commercial landscapes through hands-on work, precision, and creativity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions, develop your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction, and contribute to beautiful, functional environments. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or maintaining lawns, your efforts will make a lasting impact on our clients' outdoor spaces. Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep lawns healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, and performing tree care activities Use hand tools and power tools safely for planting, digging, edging, and general landscape maintenance Assist with installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction projects Operate equipment such as excavators and snow plows to support seasonal landscape needs Manage irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and performing routine maintenance Conduct regular landscape inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair and perform necessary upkeep Mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping machinery and hand tools effectively and safely Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Ability to handle power tools and construction equipment including excavators and snow plows Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and tree care best practices Familiarity with irrigation systems and general landscape installation procedures Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is essential Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and hardscape projects Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful outdoor environments!
