Landscape Laborer

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. In this position, you will assist with a variety of landscaping tasks, including grading, Irrigation instillation, hardscape projects, and much more. Your hands-on work will contribute to creating and maintaining stunning landscapes that delight clients and enhance communities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in grading, horticulture, agriculture, irrigation, and the use of power tools while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with new landscape installations from start to finish on residential and commercial properties Perform site preparation and grading using hand tools and equipment Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stone work Assist with sod installation, planting trees, shrubs, and plants according to landscape plans Install landscape lighting systems, including wiring and fixture placement Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (shovels, wheelbarrows, compactors, saws, etc.) Load, unload, and transport materials such as soil, mulch, stone, pavers, and plants Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Experience Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Prior experience in landscaping or horticulture is highly desirable, but not required Knowledge of landscaping techniques, including hardscape installation and tree trimming, will be advantageous. Ability to operate equipment like power tools or irrigation systems is a plus. Strong work ethic with the willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and construction projects.
