Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and bring outdoor spaces to life with your energy and craftsmanship! Whether you're working on lawn care, planting, hardscape installation, or seasonal snow plowing, your efforts will directly impact the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor environments. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor areas Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Support landscape installation projects by preparing sites, laying hardscape features like patios or walkways, and planting trees or shrubs Perform lawn care activities including aeration, fertilization, and weed control to promote lush greenery Conduct seasonal snow plowing operations to keep pathways safe and accessible during winter months Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols at all times while working with construction machinery, landscaping tools, or in tree care activities Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping machinery and tools Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment like excavators or irrigation systems Knowledge of tree care techniques such as trimming, pruning, and health assessment Ability to perform snow plowing safely during winter months Strong understanding of landscaping principles including hardscape installation and general construction skills Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions accurately Embark on a rewarding journey where your hands-on skills transform outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
