Install Crew Member (Entry-Level / Beginner) We are looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our landscaping installation crew as Entry-Level Install Crew Members. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, wants to learn the landscaping trade from the ground up, and is ready to build a rewarding career in the green industry.

What You'll Do:

Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces Help with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping materials Load and unload materials such as pavers, mulch, soil, and stone Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision Maintain a clean and safe job site Work as part of a team to complete high-quality landscaping projects

What We're Looking For:

No prior landscaping experience required - we will train the right person! Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Must be at least 18 years old
