Job Description

Job Overview McCrimmon Landscaping & Grading Inc. is looking for dependable, hardworking Landscape Technicians to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to be part of a company that values reliability and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Install and maintain landscaping for residential and commercial properties Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod Spread mulch, rock, and other landscape materials Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely Perform lawn maintenance, edging, trimming, and cleanup Assist with grading, drainage, and other outdoor construction projects as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
Qualifications:
Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate Valid driver's license is a plus Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance Ability to work well as part of a team
