Lawn Maintenance Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general landscaping, and groundskeeping. Duties Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete various maintenance projects. Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy landscapes. Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other plants while ensuring proper care and maintenance. Carry out groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean, organized, and visually appealing. Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks. Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilization, and pest control. Strong landscaping skills including planting, weeding, and garden maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time effectively.
