Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Ideal candidates will have experience with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, as well as a willingness to learn and grow within the field. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in tree care activities such as pruning and fertilizing. Maintain gardens by irrigating plants and ensuring proper care. Engage in snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear. Support groundskeeping efforts by keeping outdoor areas clean and well-maintained. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner. Skills Proficiency in using power tools related to landscaping tasks. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Experience with tree care practices is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to dig effectively and efficiently for planting purposes. Familiarity with irrigation systems for proper garden maintenance. Strong commitment to safety practices while performing duties.
