Key Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of golf course equipment including rotary and reel mowers, string trimmers, irrigation systems, and hand tools Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance Assist with general course maintenance tasks to maintain high standards of course quality Follow safety protocols and proper procedures during equipment operation Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily maintenance schedules
Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience with golf course or landscape equipment is preferred but not required Ability to operate and maintain lawn and irrigation equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable and punctual with a flexible attitude towards work hours Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Availability:
Work hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00 am to 11:00 am with rotating weekend shifts from 6:00 am to about 9:00 am. As we get further into fall hours will shift dependent on the weather. Position runs approximately to October 31st - depending on weather.
Requirements:
Individuals must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
