In this role, you will lead a crew dedicated to delivering top-quality lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticultural services. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to motivate a team, enhance outdoor spaces, and develop your skills in landscape management and construction. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and garden maintenance activities for residential or commercial clients Lead team members in operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems with safety and precision Oversee landscape construction projects including planting, soil preparation, and installation of features like edging or retaining walls Ensure proper tree care practices are followed, including pruning and health assessments Maintain high standards of horticulture and gardening by monitoring plant health and implementing appropriate care routines Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and efficient workflow Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related outdoor services with supervisory or leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture principles, and garden management Hands-on experience with construction tasks such as planting beds, irrigation installation, or landscape features Familiarity with tree care practices including pruning and health assessment Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of safety regulations related to outdoor work environments and equipment use Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces through expert lawn care and landscaping!
