Part-Time Seasonal Groundskeeper

About the Position Elevate is seeking a hard working part-time seasonal Groundskeeper who can grow with us as our professional apartment management company continues to expand. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our staff, our team atmosphere, and our efficient practices and procedures. The position is at a quality property. Duties & Responsibilities Trim shrubs and bushes as needed to ensure a professional appearance of property Maintain plant beds by removing weeds and planting as needed Repair and install hardscape features as needed Keeping all public spaces free and clear of litter, debris and pet waste Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-year experience working in a physically demanding position Ability to communicate verbally in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements Valid Driver's License required About the Company At Elevate Living, our mission is to create quality living environments for our residents that they can be proud to call home.
