This job pays $22.87 per hour . This is a full-time, temporary job . Your work schedule will depend on what the department needs. You will work both inside and outside throughout the week in West Fargo.

AUTOMOTIVE AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE LABORER REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license 6+ months of experience in lawn and grounds maintenance activities Ability to operate various lawn and grounds maintenance equipment Ability to operate a hot water power washer Comfortable with manual cleaning and maintenance tasks Capable of prolonged standing, lifting up to 70 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, and stretching Class A driver's license and related experience (a plus)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a temporary Automotive and Grounds Maintenance Laborer, you will help keep the Cass County Highway Department looking neat and tidy. You will mow and edge the grass, water the lawns, and use fertilizer and weed control to keep everything healthy. You will pick up trash, weed flower beds, sweep sidewalks and parking lots, and do some painting when needed. Inside, you will clean the shop and vehicles, check and clean the County Admin vehicle every day, pick up parts from local vendors, and help fix vehicles and shop equipment. You will use different tools and equipment and help keep everything organized and clean.
