Lawn & Landscape Crew Member

Now hiring for the 2026 season (now through October). Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Consistent hours, steady work, and overtime during peak season. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and pays attention to the details—not just someone to "get through the day." What You'll Be Doing Mowing residential properties Trimming, edging, and blowing off surfaces Applying fertilizer and lawn treatments Aeration and overseeding Mulch installation and seasonal cleanups (spring/fall) Maintaining clean, professional-looking job sites Operating and caring for lawn equipment What We're Looking For Experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred (but not required for the right person) Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail—clean lines, no missed spots Ability to work outdoors in heat/cold Valid driver's license is a plus Pay & Schedule $20-$33/hour depending on experience Overtime available during busy season Full-time or part-time options Seasonal role (now-October), with potential for long-term opportunity Why Work With Us Consistent work—no guessing if you'll get hours Straightforward team—no drama, just get the job done Opportunity to grow if you prove yourself How to Apply Apply here or reach out directly.
