The successful candidate will have strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, and a positive, upbeat, and teachable attitude.

Specific job duties include:

Keeps the exterior areas of apartment buildings neat by completing landscaping projects and disposing of trash Maintains the interior common areas by disposing of trash, sweeping/vacuuming as needed Assists the maintenance team with basic interior work, such as changing light bulbs and furnace filters Calls for any major maintenance work needed See the attached job description for all required responsibilities and skills Benefits This position is great for a person desiring a full-time or part-time position over the summer months who enjoys task-driven work and can meet deadlines, and enjoys the outdoors.
