Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist who is passionate about maintaining properties to the highest standards, by creating sharp and clean mowing lines. The ideal candidate will have experience working on both residential neighborhoods and commercial properties, ensuring every job is completed with precision and pride. Your expertise in lawn care, tree care, and landscape maintenance will ensure that our clients' outdoor spaces are beautiful and well-kept throughout the seasons. Duties Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance. Provide shrub care services such as pruning and removal as needed. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor areas. Maintain garden beds by planting, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing plants as required. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues that may require attention or treatment. Skills Proven experience in professional lawn care, both residential and commercial Proficient in lawn care techniques and practices. Strong groundskeeping attention to detail with the ability to create neat, consistent mowing patterns Familiarity with operating power tools safely and efficiently, and maintaining commercial-grade lawn equipment Ability to maintain landscapes through effective landscape maintenance practices. Competence in using hand tools for gardening tasks Excellent physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
